They've tried for 10 years now. That's a hell of a lot of seasons, but still...no victories in Finland...
We asked the manager how CCFC is going to overcome this curse:
"Curse? It's not a curse at all. We always come with the best team and the best captain. It's just that when we're here we have to take advantage of these wonderful lakes. I love trout fishing, and I have transferred this love for fishing to my riders. Meaning we drop buying bars and canteens when we're in Finland. We buy fishing rods and bait instead. So whenever we pass a lake, the riders stop and fish. Of course this makes it difficult to win the race, but you should see some of the great trouts we've been catching. The record so far is a 6,3kg trout caught in the 12th edition of Helsinki GP Mini. It was caught by the English rider Marvin Hutchcraft and he ended up 112th in that race. But who cares! 6,3 kg! It was easily worth it"

Caught a couple of good ones today too. No record though. Otto caught a 1,5kg perch and still became 2nd in the race. Better to have a wall of great fish then all these trophies and jerseys!
The Clippers are cursed...
